biographies:
Megafetus is not named after some giant embryonic zygote or a death
metal band. The meaning is more descriptive of how some people feel
when they are struggling to grow; develop in life...not being quite
perfect but evolving, like a fetus. We stuck the "Mega" part in front of
the name to identify that kind of person who is reaaally trying to
massively develop and improve.
Our first track and video "Go Fetus!"  on our music page is sort of an
anthem to that struggling person, stumbling along trying to grow, but
being fortunate enough to have someone by their side to pick them up
when they fall in life.
And no, the other songs we write do not all include the word "fetus".

MEGAFETUS PUNCH!!!
...er, that's, that's what we'd say if we were Japanese robots and junk...Fighting bad mechas in
the day, singing victorious robot fight songs at night in the local future, uh, future bar.  Um.

Charles' continued vocal reluctance in actually being in
Megafetus leads most observers to believe that he is the
actual backbone of the group and will die trying to hold onto
Its last gasp when the machines take over.  He is a lover of
Iggy Pop, Morrissey and likes to hug Flemish people in
airports.
An ex-Elite model and Hello Kitty fanatic,  Tina contributes
the funky and simplistic basslines that exemplifies
Megafetus's sound.
Her musical tastes run the gamut of virtually all genres and
would love to someday produce a musical about zombies.

upcoming shows
We found Yanu hanging out with some Russians at a party
in Van Nuys.  Someone said he was a drummer and rapper.
If he was still with us, we swear we were going to work the
both in somehow.    Yanu sadly realized that his visa expired
and he would have to return to his home in Hungary.
He asks to not be pictured anywhere except subliminally.
We will miss him.
